Benefits of Membership

Among the best benefits of membership is the camaraderie you will enjoy with others who share your passion for raptors, hunting, and the environment we share and protect. By becoming a VFA member, you will get official notifications of activities and gatherings.

Even better, however, is our annual journal, HawkTalk, recognized by many of our peers as one of the best regular publications for falconers, hunters, and raptor lovers available from a state club today.

We offer membership categories for non-falconers as well as VA-permit-holders, for sister organizations, and for families. Your investment of $30 a year will assure that you get correspondence, the HawkTalk, and the opportunity to financially assist the one group in the state that protects, educates & shares with the public, supports, trains, and serves as witness to the daily activities one of our most highly valued natural resources: raptors.

Click here to get a Word-format (.doc) Membership Application, and please note: your application, to be considered by the officers and directors of the group, must be signed by a VFA member in good standing. Therefore, there is no online membership application or payment process.

Fill out and bring your application form to a Field Meet or the Picnic to find a member who will sign for you. We look forward to meeting you!
